Key Accounts Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Accounts Manager to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To establish and build upon the trust that we have fostered with our Partners.
  • To work directly with the design team to ensure the prompt delivery of key deliverables and serve as the primary point of contact to our Partners.
  • To acquire a thorough understanding of our Partners' needs and requirements to develop and/or expand the relations by proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
  • To serve as the primary contact between Partners and internal team.
  • To promptly resolve issues and/or problems faced by our Partners.
  • To prepare weekly progress and forecast reports to internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Excellent account management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and good eye for design.
  • Self-motivated, with a high level of drive and determination.
  • Good analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively.
  • Experience in sales and marketing.
