Business Partner Opportunities

We are seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to join our team. As a strategic partner, you will collaborate with business units to drive employee lifecycle management, providing first-line advisory on people matters and contributing to the development of manpower planning and resourcing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Head of Departments to develop and implement effective manpower planning and resourcing strategies
  • Provide proactive advisory services on people-related matters
  • Support talent management initiatives and contribute to employee engagement and retention efforts
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or related field
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in HR/business partnering role
  3. Familiarity with Employment Act - Singapore and TAFEP's Fair Employment Practices
  4. Excellent problem-solving, verbal and written communication skills
  5. Prolific in fast-paced environments
