Job Title: Strategic HR Business Partner

The role of an Assistant Manager, HR Business Partner is to provide strategic support to stakeholders and drive HR operations in talent acquisition, retention, development, and employee welfare. This involves managing employee feedback, creating a conducive working environment, engaging in projects and events management, innovating recruitment and retention programs, ensuring employment law compliance, and optimizing manpower budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Employee Feedback and Engagement: Foster open communication channels and encourage constructive feedback from employees to create a positive work environment.
  • Drive Project and Event Management: Coordinate and execute various HR-related projects and events that enhance employee experience and contribute to organizational success.
  • Innovate Recruitment and Retention Strategies: Develop and implement innovative recruitment and retention programs that align with the organization's goals and values.
  • Ensure Employment Law Compliance: Ensure all HR operations are in compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Optimize Manpower Budget: Analyze and optimize manpower budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 5-10 years of progressive HR experience.
  • Proficiency in HR systems, data analysis, and MS Office tools.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is advantageous.
