Senior Partner Solutions Consultant

Zendesk Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Partner Solutions Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving technical sales cycles with our partners in the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Partner Managers, Account Executives, and Field SCs to provide technical guidance and support to our partners.
  • Develop and execute technical sales strategies to drive end-customer happiness and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Technical Enablement teams to ensure seamless delivery of technical information to our partners.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in mid-market/enterprise software sales or technical consulting.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; graduate degree a plus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong technical skills, including web/scripting technologies, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SaaS applications.
  • Experience in solution scoping, managing, and executing customer pilots and Proof of Concepts.
  • Knowledge of Customer Service Software, ITSM, data warehousing, and business intelligence.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and one other language, including Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Melayu, Thai, Tagalog, etc.
