Role Overview

We're seeking a Senior Payment Solutions Consultant to join our team in Singapore, working with Wise Platform to deliver world-class payment service solutions to our partners and their customers. As a key member of our team, you'll apply your expertise and product knowledge to design intelligent and scalable payment solutions for our prospective partners. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, Delivery, and Engineering, to build strategies to successfully navigate complex sales cycles, deliver product demos, lead compelling solution presentations, and ultimately close deals to meet our regional GTM strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Presentation of our products and vision to executives & technical teams at banks and strategic enterprise partners, becoming their trusted advisor.
  • Acting as an expert on Wise Platform products and the payments industry to tailor solutions for partners, finding a match between our technology and their requirements.
  • Driving revenue alongside the business development team, being a key stakeholder in the sales process.
  • Providing technical assistance, working hands-on with prospects and partners to communicate the value of Wise Platform throughout the sales cycle from solution qualification and design, to demo and proof of concepts.
  • Ensuring the viability of solutions by testing and documenting an end-to-end solution.
  • Collaborating with Product Management, Engineering, Delivery, Enablement, and Marketing teams to act as "voice of customers" to drive roadmaps and feature prioritisation, continuously improving Wise Platform's products and positioning in the market.

Requirements
  • 7-8 years of industry experience with a minimum of 3 within a presales or sales engineering role engaged in enterprise technology sales (preferably in banks).
  • Proven track record of achieving commercial targets by leveraging consultative and solution-based sales skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively present complex concepts to both technical and business audiences.
  • Established history of effective collaboration within or alongside financial institutions, demonstrating a strong grasp of their challenges and needs and strong solutioning skills, finding ways to leverage our products to solve customer problems.
  • Proven ability to build strong, collaborative working relationships with cross-functional teams, including experience communicating customer requirements to internal Product teams.
  • Experience with REST APIs, SWIFT, local payment networks, especially in the context of technical sales and solution design.
  • University degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related fields or equivalent experience preferred.
