Position Overview

We are excited to present an opportunity for an Assistant Vice President, Cash Management Program Leader within the Global Banking Division at OCBC Bank. In this role, you will spearhead significant projects aimed at crafting innovative cash management solutions tailored to meet the diverse needs of our clients.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Oversee cash management initiatives and portfolios to stimulate growth while effectively mitigating risks.
  • Implement digital enhancements in cash management solutions to elevate user satisfaction.
  • Assess the requirements of business stakeholders across various sectors and devise strategies to alleviate challenges.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to foster transformation and deliver outstanding client experiences.
  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory standards.
  • Guide the deployment of solutions that yield measurable outcomes.
Candidate Profile

Ideal Qualifications:

  • University degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in SME Banking, Product Development, or Trade Finance.
  • Exceptional communication abilities coupled with a knack for data analysis to derive insights.
  • Strategic mindset with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proactive and self-driven individual.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and adept at managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Proven track record in executing strategic product initiatives.
  • Genuine empathy for client needs.

Reporting Structure: Reports to the Lead of Cash Programme Management.
