Vice President of Treasury Operations

Position Overview
As a key member of the Finance team at CLI Asset Management Pte. Ltd, you will report directly to the Vice President of Treasury. Your role will be pivotal in managing the financial strategies and operations of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and implement financing and refinancing strategies, including documentation for bilateral and syndicated loans, debt capital markets instruments, and equity fundraising initiatives.
- Assist in the management of the REIT's debt portfolio to ensure a balanced debt maturity profile, optimize borrowing costs, and ensure adherence to debt covenants.
- Execute hedging strategies through the use of swaps and forward contracts to mitigate foreign currency and interest rate risks.
- Prepare and oversee regular and ad-hoc reports on cash flow forecasts, interest rate and foreign exchange risks, liquidity, and other treasury-related positions.
- Maintain and develop relationships with financial institutions and credit rating agencies while staying informed on market developments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address funding needs and manage fund movements across various jurisdictions.
- Oversee treasury operations, including bank account management, KYC compliance, loan drawdowns, rollovers, and interest payments.
- Support investment assessments and mergers and acquisitions, providing insights on optimal funding strategies and their implications for capital structure.
- Ensure compliance with submission requirements for lenders, bond trustees, and regulatory frameworks such as FATCA/CRS and AIFMD.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Business Administration with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in the real estate sector is advantageous.
- Preferred experience in team leadership and management.
- A detail-oriented and organized self-starter.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively across various functions in a dynamic environment.
