Department Overview

The Credit and Risk Management division encompasses three key teams: Risk Management, Credit, and Special Asset Management. This division is tasked with overseeing the risks associated with the Group's business operations, adhering to the risk appetite set forth by the Board. Responsibilities include identifying and assessing risks, formulating effective risk governance strategies, and providing independent evaluations of the overall risk landscape.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will play a vital role within the credit risk stress testing execution team, ensuring that credit stress tests are conducted accurately and within the designated timelines. Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting and executing comprehensive credit stress tests across the organization.
  • Analyzing and reviewing the outcomes of credit stress tests.
  • Preparing detailed credit stress test reports for various committees and regulatory bodies.
  • Overseeing and implementing enhancements to the credit stress testing framework.
  • Performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to verify that model or system improvements are accurately integrated.

Candidate Requirements

  • A recognized degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics/Quantitative disciplines.
  • Proficient analytical and programming capabilities in data analysis utilizing SAS/Python/R.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • A collaborative team player with initiative and a genuine interest in pursuing a career in credit risk portfolio management.
  • Prior experience in credit stress testing execution or model development is advantageous.
