About the Department
The Group Technology and Operations (GTO) division is responsible for software and system development, IT support services, and banking operations.
We have centralized and standardized our technological components in Singapore, establishing a global framework that supports our regional subsidiaries and international branches. This architecture enables us to provide a secure and adaptable banking infrastructure across 19 countries.
Our Operations divisions deliver transactional customer services while emphasizing cost efficiency through process enhancements, automation, and streamlined processing.
Key Responsibilities
This position is centered on evaluating current payment processes and architecting optimal operational workflows to bolster the Payments Program.
- Collaborate with Target Operating Model (TOM) workstream leaders to create and sustain a comprehensive process mapping inventory.
- Analyze and document existing operational workflows to facilitate discussions regarding the design of new payment platform processes.
- Comprehend business and operational requirements, devise system solution strategies, and document the target operational process flow.
- Assist in workshops and review sessions with affected operations teams, business units, and Functional Business Analysts to validate process designs.
- Support operational impact assessments, including Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) estimations for new product launches and additional manual tasks.
- Document the detailed target operating model and operational processes to aid User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and change management initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with relevant experience in banking and business/operational process design.
- Proficient in documenting process flows and utilizing process documentation tools (e.g., MS Visio, PowerPoint).
- Experience with system implementations and a quick learner of various system functionalities and solution designs.
- Familiarity with payment products and process flows is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A self-motivated and driven individual, comfortable in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
