eStore Channel Growth Specialist

About the Role

The eStore channel growth specialist will spearhead regional Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) eStore strategy and revenue growth within the SEA & Oceania region. This includes engaging with regional stakeholders, tracking and driving eStore SMB sales, and ensuring success.

  • Develop and execute D2C eStore strategies to drive sales growth via strategic initiatives
  • Map and identify global/regional partners, assist in building relationships
  • Evaluate partners' growth potential and categorize according to engagement/development plan
  • Drive partner user sign-ups and engagement using effective marketing/sales strategies/campaigns
  • Create targeted campaigns, collaborate with teams/stakeholders to generate leads
Responsibilities
  • Develop GTM plans, strategies, and tactics for key verticals and segments in the region
  • Conduct regular checks on eStore platforms ensuring optimal shopper journeys/brand compliance making relevant recommendations
  • Deliver interim/final reports on partner performance including web analysis/KPI evaluations
Qualifications
  • Degree holder with at least 5 years of relevant working experience in e-commerce/sales within the online space
  • Excellent communication skills to manage relationships with subsidiaries, drive consensus, execute across teams/functional counterparts
  • Ability to thrive in collaborative environments under pressure, and multiple priorities
