  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot technical and operational issues, providing expertise to resolve problems and optimize operations.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Prepare reports on asset conditions, review performance metrics, and conduct audits to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Team Leadership: Manage technical teams, provide coaching, and ensure staff competence aligns with set goals and objectives.
