Job Description

  • Manage purchase orders for CapitaVouchers through the Concur application
  • Handle printing and mailing of reminder letters including franking and updating postage records
  • Prepare monthly closing summaries for the franking machine
  • Assist the Fleet Operations team with various ad-hoc administrative tasks
  • Facilitate Vehicle Entry Permit (VEP) processes, including registration, activation, and deregistration
  • any other ad-hoc as assigned by immediate supervisor

Job Requirement

  • Degree in Business Management / Administration
  • Basic knowledge in financial services industry preferred
  • International exposure and cross-cultural experience preferred
  • PC skills: MS Office and Outlook
  • Language skills: proficient in English and an additional Asian language will be an advantage
