We are seeking a seasoned Maritime Operations Manager to oversee the operational integrity, compliance, and efficiency of our fleet.

This pivotal role ensures the successful execution of ship operations, ensuring vessels comply with all relevant maritime regulations and certifications.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing crew matters, ensuring safety and quality standards, and optimising voyage performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ship Compliance: Ensure vessels adhere to international maritime regulations and standards.
  • Crew Management: Approve crew assignments, conduct interviews, and oversee onboarding.
  • Safety & Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain ISM Code, SOLAS, MARPOL, STCW, and other international standards.
  • Voyage Safety and Operational Optimisation: Monitor navigational safety, pollution prevention, and cargo operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in fleet operations, preferably in a supervisory/managerial role.
  • Certificate of Competency (Master Mariner or Chief Engineer) recognised by MPA Singapore.
