**Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the entire Fleet functions of the company and to act as the principal point of contact between the company and service providers/suppliers.

2. Develop, lead and implement policies and procedures; promote quality management and continuous improvement of operations in order to achieve cost effective performance goals.

3. Responsible for the efficient and effective management of the fleet operations which includes:

- Oversee the purchasing and maintenance of vehicles to maximize the profitability
- Deciding whether to lease or buy vehicles
- Assisting in the recruitment of quality driver into logistics department
- Ensuring operational efficiency across the fleet throughout the year
- Develop efficient driver schedules to maximize profits
- Manage drivers so they adhere to strict schedules
- Register and license all vehicles under their management
- Find ways to cut costs and maximize profits
- Develop strategies for greater fuel efficiency
- Maintain detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspection

4. Establish and administer Key Performance Indicators to drive and measure service quality performances to enhance business process efficiency across operating entities.

5. Formulate yearly operating budget in line with cost minimization to achieve high productivity

6. Oversee day-to-day management of sub-contractors and the fleet of trucks and drivers to deliver quality service

7. Prepare monthly report to apprise management on the status of the fleet operations and logistics chain management

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Fleet Manager or similar role
- Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail to ensure records are kept as needed
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to work with various departments
- At least 7 years relevant experience in warehouse/supply chain management.
- Hands-on experience in WMS and SAP.
- Good inter-personal and analytical skills
