**Individual to be involved in**:
**1.Overseeing the acquisition, maintenance, and disposal of fleet vehicles.**
**2.Developing and implementing fleet management strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.**
**3.Managing day-to-day operations ensuring optimal fleet utilization.**
**4.Developing and enforcing operational policies and procedures.**
**5.Developing and managing fleet budget, including forecasting expenses and tracking costs.**
**6.Analyzing market trends and technological advancements to keep the fleet competitive.**
**7.Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining reliable and timely service.
**Technical Skills and Competencies**:
**1.Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and company policies.**
**2.Monitoring fleet performance and ensure fleet operations comply with local regulations.**
**3.Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.**
**4.Developing long-term plans to enhance fleet efficiency and sustainability.**
**5. Negotiate contracts and maintain relationships with vehicle suppliers, maintenance providers, and other vendors.**
**6.Prepare regular reports on fleet performance, safety, and operational efficiency.
