Job Title: Fleet Operations Director

This key leadership role is responsible for managing fleet activities, supervising transport personnel, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and Coordinate Daily Transport Operations: Manage daily transport activities across the organization, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries.
  • Fleet Management: Oversee fleet scheduling, routing, and allocation to optimize logistics and reduce costs.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise drivers and operations staff, promoting high service standards and productivity.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full compliance with regulatory bodies including LTA, ICA, and MOM.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Oversee vehicle maintenance, fuel usage, and workshop coordination to ensure optimal fleet performance.
  • Client Collaboration: Collaborate with clients to understand logistics needs and deliver customized solutions.
  • Operational Policy Development: Develop and enforce operational policies, SOPs, and safety protocols to maintain high standards.
  • KPI Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular management reports to inform strategic decisions.
  • Budgeting and Resource Planning: Assist in budgeting, cost control, and resource planning to support strategic goals.
