What You Will Achieve

We are seeking a highly motivated Strategic Account Manager to join our team at Oracle. As a key member of our direct sales team, you will be responsible for managing a strategic territory and driving business growth through the delivery of Oracle NetSuite solutions to mid-market-sized accounts.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to achieve annual quota and business growth targets.
  2. Pull partners into Oracle NetSuite business opportunities and manage third-party transactions resulting from these relationships.
  3. Identify and develop channel partners committed to selling Oracle NetSuite products, increasing revenue from partner sources, and expanding market share through a leveraging partnering model.
  4. Develop joint “go-to-market” strategies and lead generation opportunities with channel partners.
  5. Educate partners on Oracle commercial practices, maintaining an understanding of Oracle technology and articulating Oracle propositions to partners and their customers.
  6. Engage with prospective clients together with channel partners to position Oracle NetSuite solutions, prospect, consult, and sell business application solutions and related services to new mid-market business customers.
  7. Build successful customer relationships/partnerships and maintain sales forecast accuracy and consistency through in-depth account coverage, deal management, and win plans.
  8. Utilize internal systems to efficiently manage pipeline and forecast.

Your Qualifications

  • 7+ years of solution sales and partner management experience within the ERP software industry.
  • Proven experience prospecting and exceeding quota, with a strong track record of sales success.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively lead strategic discussions with C-level executives and senior management.
  • Industry expertise and a willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new sales cycles.
  • A proven ability to be recognized for performance and receive additional responsibilities and/or promotions.
