As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our flagship payments platform. This fast-paced environment requires a strategic mindset and a passion for rolling up sleeves to drive pipeline generation and deal execution.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across priority verticals.
- Lead inbound and outbound outreach strategies to grow our merchant base globally.
- Partner with internal teams to create compelling narratives for merchants.
- Act as the voice of prospective merchants, providing feedback to improve product, pricing, and positioning.
- Own the full business development cycle from prospecting through negotiation and onboarding.

Required Skills and Qualifications:5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or solution sales—ideally in fintech, SaaS, or e-commerce.
- Knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics.
Support the development of scalable sales playbooks and outreach templates. Represent the company at industry events, webinars, or merchant-facing meetings.
