The CRM Program Specialist will play a pivotal role in designing and executing email, push, and in-app campaigns for various initiatives, including transactional communications, research, and service programs. This individual should possess a strong background in CRM operations, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and a genuine enthusiasm for customer relationship management.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders across product, technology, engineering, customer experience, partnerships, legal, and research to achieve strategic goals.
- Manage the entire campaign lifecycle, which includes: Creating both ad-hoc and automated campaigns within the Braze platform, Coordinating campaign development with relevant stakeholders, Monitoring campaign progress and timelines on project management tools, Executing campaigns through Braze.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM operations with a robust enterprise-level email service provider.
- Fundamental understanding of lifecycle marketing principles.
- Proficiency in audience segmentation tools; experience with Braze is highly desirable.
- Experience in project management using JIRA, Monday, or similar platforms.
- Basic knowledge of email and push notification best practices.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with creative, marketing, product, and business teams.
- Strong team-oriented mindset with exceptional organizational and resource management capabilities.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is essential.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English is required.
- Must possess the ability to efficiently organize, prioritize, and manage a demanding workload.
