CRM Operations Specialist for APAC

The role of the CRM Program Specialist involves the design and execution of email, push, and in-app communication strategies for various initiatives, including transactional, research, and service programs. The ideal candidate is a seasoned CRM operations expert, with a keen eye for detail and a genuine enthusiasm for customer relationship management.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, technology, engineering, customer experience, partnerships, legal, and research to achieve strategic goals.
- Manage the entire campaign lifecycle, which includes: Creating both ad-hoc and automated campaigns using the Braze platform, Coordinating campaign development with relevant stakeholders, Monitoring campaign progress and timelines, and Executing campaigns within Braze.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in CRM operations with a major enterprise-level email service provider.
- Fundamental understanding of lifecycle marketing principles.
- Proficiency in audience segmentation tools; experience with Braze is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Monday, or similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of email and push notification best practices.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively with creative, marketing, product, and business teams.
- Strong team player with exceptional organizational and resource management abilities.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is essential.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English is required.
- Capable of efficiently organizing, prioritizing, and managing a high volume of work.

Successful candidates will be employed by our designated agency and assigned to work with us, ensuring that payroll and employment-related services are handled by our trusted partner, allowing us to focus on fostering a productive and supportive work environment.
