CRM Campaign Specialist, APAC

About the Role
Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking a highly skilled CRM Campaign Specialist to join our team in the APAC region. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for building and deploying marketing email, push, and in-app campaigns to drive business growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end campaign management strategies, including audience segmentation, campaign setup, and deployment.
- Partner closely with marketing stakeholders to ensure campaign objectives are met and strategic objectives are fulfilled.
- Collaborate with creative, MarTech, and legal teams to fulfill campaign requests and ensure brand consistency.
- Manage and optimize campaigns using Braze and/or Blueshift platforms.
- Track campaign performance and provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM operations (email and push) with an enterprise-level ESP; in-app messaging experience is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of lifecycle marketing and audience segmentation tools.
- Experience with project management tools such as Asana, JIRA, or similar platforms.
- Intermediate skills in Excel and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to liaise with creative, marketing, and business teams.
- Strong team focus with outstanding organizational and resource management skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field is required.
- Fluency in writing and speaking English is required.
