Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Medical Device Product Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting case management in the Operating Theater and ensuring the safe use of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support case management in the Operating Theater to guarantee the safe use of our products
- Assess customer needs and present product information in a professional manner
- IDentify and increase business opportunities through competitive conversion or product introduction
- Conduct product training for nurses on a regular basis
- Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through relationship-building, product support, and services
Requirements:
- Possession of strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Familiarity with medical devices and their applications
