Product Innovation Specialist

As a Product Development and Sourcing Professional, you will drive product innovation and manage sourcing activities to develop high-quality products that meet customer expectations and align with industry trends and brand identity.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new product opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with design, marketing, and sales teams to create innovative product concepts.
- Manage the entire product development process, including creating technical specifications, samples, and prototypes.
- Select materials and components that balance quality, innovation, and cost.
- SOURCE reliable suppliers domestically and internationally, negotiate pricing, and manage purchase orders.
- Monitor supplier performance and compliance with quality, ethical, and sustainability standards.
This role requires strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication. Experience in gifting items and home decor is advantageous.
