Product Innovation Specialist

About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity for a skilled engineer to lead and coordinate the design and implementation of new products and processes in our manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and project management skills, as well as experience with SAP concepts and process design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop new product processes and lines
- Align process design with SAP systems
- Collaborate with designers and production teams to implement changes and improvements
- Draft and manage implementation schedules to meet target dates
- Ensure smooth execution of projects and adherence to quality standards
- Develop and maintain knowledge of key functions and product master settings of ERP systems
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in PCB manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and analytical tools
- Excellent statistical and analytical skills
- Strong communication, planning, and coordination skills
- Ability to travel to factory sites for project implementation
