Product Innovation Specialist

Job Summary:
The Product Innovation Specialist is responsible for driving the development and launch of new products. This includes generating, curating, and prioritizing product ideas based on market data and customer insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ideation: Generate, develop, curate, and prioritize new product ideas to meet business objectives.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor actions to inform product development.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, and Quality, to ensure effective product launch.
- Project Management: Plan and manage product development projects from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Post-Launch Evaluation: Continuously evaluate product performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Nutrition, Pharmacy, or Chemistry.
- Proven experience in product development and management, preferably in the dietary supplement and health food industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and Chinese.
