Product Innovation and Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Product Innovation and Solutions Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with investment product managers to identify suitable products for onboarding and develop a shortlist of solutions that meet the business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative product solutions.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and vendors to ensure seamless collaboration.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product innovation or a related field.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful product solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, finance, engineering).
