Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Product Innovation Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for creating and modifying product structures, working with cross-functional teams to drive smooth transitions and implementation, and supporting production on mass runs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing product structure changes to meet business requirements
  • Collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure successful product launches
  • Supporting production operations to meet customer demands
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Engineering or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably with expertise in product development and project management
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, peers, and superiors
