Job Overview

Talenthrive is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team. As an Administrative Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business operations by providing exceptional administrative support to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and manage customer orders, including project, services, and individual sales orders
  • Issue Tax Invoices and ensure they are filed properly
  • Verify orders, including customers' personal information and payment details
  • Manage digital invoicing and inventory movement reports
  • Handle incoming calls, enquiries, and update customer records
  • Maintain accurate inventory management, including balance, expiry dates, and product history
  • Support with other ad-hoc tasks as required
Requirements
  • Professional Certificate/Diploma or equivalent (Diploma in Accounting or Business advantageous)
  • At least 1 year of working experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-organized with accuracy in mind
  • Hardworking and attentive
  • Ability to communicate and write in English
