Job Overview

To drive and manage programs for the healthcare sector or across Public Healthcare Clusters to deliver anticipated benefits. The incumbent takes a broad, collective view of all program components (systems/products/services), and manages the roadmap of inter-related projects in a coordinated and complementary manner to attain benefits holistically.

The role requires strategic thinking, good program planning, and delivery experience, along with a strong project management foundation. It involves leading and driving cross-functional teams in a structured and methodological manner to deliver program benefits with quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the implementation of key functional modules as specified in the project scope.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders across all clusters and agencies.
  • Responsible for the execution from initiation to completion.
  • Determine project goals to ensure that the project supports business objectives and strategies.
  • Develop project plans that include requirements, scope, deliverables, budget, and schedules.
  • Define project tasks and resource requirements to achieve optimal utilisation of resources.
  • Manage risks that affect the delivery of the project outcome.
  • Track project deliverables and ensure that projects are completed within budget, schedules, and quality standards.
  • Presentation of reports and project updates to stakeholders on a regular basis.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant disciplines.
  • Strong project management experiences.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Knowledge in healthcare environment is an added plus.
  • Experience working in SAP related projects is required.
  • Certification in SAP FI/MM domain is an added plus.
