We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to lead our health and wellness initiatives.

Job Description

The Active Health Coach (Programme Development and Design) plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our health lab facilities and services. This includes conducting fitness and health assessments, workshops, exercise testing, and health and wellness coaching to empower citizens to embark on their health and wellness journey in both physical and digital spaces.

  • Develop evidence-based holistic health and wellness programs by reviewing literature and synthesizing evidence.
  • Collaborate with planning and partnership teams to create engaging content and digital resources for online consumption.
  • Engage with ActiveSG and external stakeholders to develop comprehensive health and wellness programs.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of health lab facilities and spaces.
  • Schedule workshops and programs to cater to diverse segments of the community.
  • Collaborate with ActiveSG and community partners to deliver health services.
  • Conduct exercise, nutrition, and sleep workshops, as well as exercise testing and follow-up programming.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork, and excel in providing exceptional service. The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A specialization in Sport Nutrition, Psychology, or Physiotherapy is an advantage.
  • At least 3 years of experience in content development for exercise, health, and wellness programs.
  • Experience in operations work with fitness and healthcare industries.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A strong aptitude and attitude to engage with the public and serve citizens.
  • Adaptability to fast-paced services and strategies.
