Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate professional to lead our wellness initiatives. As a Wellness Coach, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive wellness programs that promote healthy lifestyles and support community well-being.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement wellness programs and activities at community centers, focusing on health promotion and disease prevention. Conduct screenings and assessments to identify patient needs and track progress with regular follow-ups. Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure seamless care coordination and support patient engagement in wellness initiatives. Ensure program equipment is properly maintained and sanitized regularly.

Requirements:
Hold a diploma in Health Sciences (Health Management), Sports Science, or equivalent. Possess at least 2 years of experience in healthcare, community care, or wellness program facilitation. Demonstrate passion for community service with a proactive and organized approach. Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills.
