Job Description

Seeking an accomplished Rugby Coach to lead our students in a dynamic and engaging community program.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to deliver rugby programs across a K-12 spectrum, ensuring highest teaching standards are met. This includes the creation of innovative lessons and sessions that are both fun and interesting for students.

Responsibilities will include coaching students on Saturdays, holiday programs, and mid-week sessions, with variable start and end times. The successful candidate must be comfortable with flexible scheduling and able to work collaboratively with colleagues and other UWCSEA team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Rugby Coaching qualification or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2-5 years coaching experience
  • Delivering rugby programs to students in a school or club environment
  • Well-organized and able to work with limited supervision
  • Able to collaborate with other staff members in the college
