Program Manager Role

As a seasoned Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multi-country programs, ensuring projects align with strategic goals. This role involves acting as the client-facing lead for regional programs, representing the company headquarters.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex delivery portfolios and designing innovative solutions to address program challenges. Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee multi-country programs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Act as the client-facing lead for regional programs, representing the company headquarters.
  • Design and propose innovative solutions to address program complexity and client needs.
  • Coordinate with Country General Managers, delivery hubs, and sales teams to manage interdependencies across projects.
  • Monitor risks, resources, and outcomes across the program portfolio.
  • Drive business impact and benefits realization, not just project completion.
  • Provide program governance, dashboards, and executive-level reporting to HQ leadership and client stakeholders.
  • Support Sales in pre-sales activities, including program design, estimation, and delivery planning.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Program Management (technology/digital transformation mandatory).
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Mandatory certification: PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Agile Program Management certification.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-country or multi-project programs, not just standalone projects.
  • Strong ability to design innovative solutions and adapt approaches to complex program challenges.
  • Exposure to at least one of the following domains is highly preferred: Education/Government programs, Learning & Development (L&D)/HR Management systems, SaaS B2B/B2C platform delivery.
  • Excellent client-facing and executive stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
