Community Program Manager

This is a dynamic and rewarding role that oversees the development of community programs that prioritize safety, trust, and empowerment.

The successful candidate will lead the design and delivery of trauma-informed interventions that foster a safe and growth-oriented workplace culture.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and delivering community programs that promote youth-centered outreach strategies and collaboration with government and community partners to reduce barriers to access.
  • Providing trauma-informed leadership and supporting staff wellbeing through transparent management of resources and evaluation of program effectiveness.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop evidence-based solutions that support innovative youth interventions.
  • Evaluating program outcomes using data-driven approaches and ensuring continuous quality improvement.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Social Sciences or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in managerial or leadership roles, preferably in the non-profit sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
