Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a dynamic professional to lead our programs and community initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have experience in program management, community engagement, and team collaboration. They will be responsible for developing and implementing programs that meet the needs of our community.

About the Role:

  • To develop and implement programs that promote community engagement and social cohesion.
  • To work closely with the coaching team to create engaging and interactive experiences for our members.
  • To coordinate events and activities that promote teamwork and collaboration among our members.
  • To maintain accurate records and reports on program participation and member feedback.
  • To contribute to the development of our community strategy and initiatives.

About You:

  • You have experience in program management and community engagement.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You are able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • You have a passion for working with children and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Development: To design and deliver programs that meet the needs of our community.
  • Community Engagement: To engage with our members and stakeholders to build relationships and promote our programs.
  • Event Coordination: To coordinate events and activities that promote teamwork and collaboration among our members.
  • Record Keeping: To maintain accurate records and reports on program participation and member feedback.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in program management and community engagement.
  • Degree in a related field (e.g. education, communications, community development).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
