Job Title - Community Leader

Foster a collaborative environment at lyf by managing the lyf Guard team and performing the role of a community leader. This position is ideal for an individual who encourages inclusivity and teamwork.

  • Assist lyf residents with check-in, encourage app downloads, explore app functions, handle queries, conduct tours, relay messages.
  • Ensure operational efficiency: track room availability, adhere to guidelines, perform bookkeeping, ensure cleanliness, handle inquiries, liaise with vendors, review team scope, ensure compliance, manage resident documents, handle cash transactions, submit refunds.
  • Create community: track preferences, support community initiatives, supervise events, resolve member issues, curate events, interact proactively, handle feedback/complaints.

Key Responsibilities: Assist residents, maintain operational efficiency, create community.

Requirements: Relevant skills and experience in hospitality or management.
