Manager Program Management

Johnson and Johnson is hiring for an IT Program Manager for the New Consumer Health Company. This position can be located in the United States, Switzerland, Singapore or Brazil.

The Manager, Program Management is accountable for program oversight, risk & issue escalation, and quarterly status/performance scorecard across multiple strategic programs. Close engagement whilst driving deep ‘end to end’ alignment within E&PS is essential

Program management is also expected to involve extensive coordination with business customers and enabling partners on a project-specific basis.

Equally internal communication and connection across E&PS COE’S, Boards and regional leadership will be instrumental to ensure successful execution whilst managing regional nuances across the sub regions

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead cross functional programs that address strategic initiatives; scope of work will include:

- Setting up program structure/charters.
- Developing program metrics.
- Managing internal and/or external resource requirements.
- Ensuring comprehensive communication plans.
- Managing investment financials.
- Development of robust deployment planning.
- Providing executive updates, and assuring program outcomes/value cases are delivered. In each case a program close down report to be produced.

- Preferred Requirements:_
- Familiarity within the facilities and engineering environment
- Experience building strategic relationships with internal and external project partners and stakeholders
- Experience managing complex workstreams, specifically across geographically dispersed teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and presentation skills
- Outstanding customer service skills across a variety of company levels
