Program Management Analyst

Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for a Program Management Analyst (New Consumer Health Company). This position will be located in Gubelstrass Zug Switzerland, São José dos Campos Brazil, Skillman NJ, Science Park Drive (Ascent) Singapore or the EMEA Region.

The Program Management analyst is accountable for managing and contributing to projects as they progress throughout the project helping to expedite key activities across function, find solutions to key problems, and communicate project progress, issues and solutions to management and to the project team.

Program management is also expected to involve extensive coordination with business customers and enabling partners on a project-specific basis.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support cross functional programs that address strategic initiatives; scope of work will include:

- Assisting in the setup of program structure/charters.
- Collecting and Reporting program metrics.
- Managing internal and/or external resource requirements.
- Contributing to comprehensive communication plans.
- Managing investment financials.
- Development of robust deployment planning.
- Assisting in the development of executive updates, and assuring program outcomes/value cases are delivered.

**Qualifications** Position Requirements**:

- 3+ years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required, related field (operations, engineering, computer science, facilities management, construction management, business, etc.) required
- Experience in performance management and leading/lagging metrics.
- Experience in risk/issue management
- The ability to effectively partner and deliver results in a matrixed environment
- The ability to adapt to emerging methodologies and industry innovations
- Strong program management skills, proven organization, coordination and action tracking skills
- Ability to function effectively and multitask when presented with tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

**Preferred Requirements/Competencies**:

- Familiarity within the facilities and engineering environment
- Experience building strategic relationships with internal and external project partners and stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and presentation skills
- Outstanding customer service skills across a variety of company levels
- FPX Project Management - Practitioner
- Six sigma certification, preferred
- Project Management methodology; PMP Certification is a plus
