We are searching for an Analyst to join our Global Supply Chain (GSC) team. This individual will play an integral role in shaping our Process Material Team with a special focus on project management and performance tracking. This role is critical in ensuring operational rigor. You will be responsible for driving cross-cutting projects, tracking metrics, identifying root causes of gaps, and conducting follow up. **Summary of Role**:

**Essential Responsibilities**:

- Understand the business processes, major initiatives, and metrics
- Collaborate with colleagues in driving projects and providing updates
- Conduct root causing of gaps in metrics
- Coordinate cross-cutting projects with other colleagues
- Drive innovation in team processes
- Support the Business Management System for the team

**Other Responsibilities**:

- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements, and programs

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, accounting, business management, or supply chain
- Excellent writing, editing, oral communications, communications planning skills in English
- Ability to develop and maintain collaborative business relationships with stakeholders, including senior leaders
- Enjoys solving problems and tackling challenges
- Project management skills - e.g., good tracking of progress, calling out issues in a supportive manner, excited about innovating and creating solutions, comfortable in navigating through ambiguity
- Strong analytical capabilities, e.g., strong data cleaning skills, advanced excel, Power BI, VBA, etc.
- Travel - Up to 10%
