Job Title: Executive/Senior Executive, Community Partnership and Volunteer Management

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Community and Volunteer Partnership team at ECON Healthcare Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing community-based programs, events, and advocacy initiatives that make a meaningful impact on the lives of seniors in our care centres.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize, plan, and organize community projects and engagement initiatives to increase visibility of ECON Healthcare Group's services.
  • Recruit and re-activate volunteers, ensuring a strong and diverse pool of community supporters.
  • Collaborate with the program team to conduct risk management measures and needs analysis for volunteers.
  • Develop and implement volunteer policies and processes, including recognition and engagement activities.
  • Design and deliver volunteer training programs, partnering with community organizations to build volunteer capabilities.
  • Maintain and audit volunteer databases and training records.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of volunteer partnerships and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Support the development and review of volunteer management policies and processes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with social service organizations, community stakeholders, corporate partners, and agencies to develop community partnerships and volunteer programs.
  • Assist management in other projects and duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in a related field and/or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and writing skills.
  • Ability to speak various languages and dialects.
  • Good stakeholder engagement and volunteer management skills.
