About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Community Manager to enhance our marketing team and play a crucial role in fostering a dynamic ecosystem for our creators. You will serve as the essential link between our platform and its talented creators, nurturing relationships, encouraging collaboration, and promoting their contributions across the social media environment.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Creator Engagement & Onboarding:

  • Discover and connect with exceptional creators who resonate with our platform's ethos and mission.
  • Formulate and execute strategies to attract and onboard new creators to our community.
  • Design personalized onboarding experiences to ensure creators feel welcomed and motivated to engage.
  • Provide continuous support and mentorship to creators, assisting them in achieving their goals on the platform.

Social Media Strategy:

  • Develop and implement captivating social media initiatives that highlight our creators and enhance platform visibility.
  • Oversee our presence on major social media channels, ensuring a cohesive brand voice and identity.
  • Produce engaging content, including videos, images, and written material, that resonates with our audience.
  • Monitor social media interactions and respond swiftly to inquiries and feedback.
  • Analyze social media metrics and create reports to assess performance and refine strategies.

Partnership Development:

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with brands, influencers, and organizations that align with our creator community.
  • Facilitate partnerships and collaborations that yield mutual benefits for our platform and creators.
  • Oversee all elements of partnership initiatives, from initial outreach to execution and assessment.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or community engagement.
  • Proven experience in managing partnerships and fostering strong relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
