About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a dedicated Community Manager to enhance our expanding marketing team and play a pivotal role in fostering a dynamic ecosystem for our creators. You will serve as the liaison between our platform and its talented creatives, nurturing relationships, promoting collaboration, and elevating their contributions across the social media realm.

Your Responsibilities:

Creator Outreach & Onboarding:

  • Identify and engage with promising creators who resonate with our platform's ethos and vision.
  • Develop and execute strategies to attract and onboard new creators to our platform.
  • Design personalized welcome experiences to ensure creators feel comfortable and excited to engage.
  • Provide continuous support and guidance to creators, assisting them in maximizing their success on our platform.

Social Media Management:

  • Create and implement engaging social media campaigns that highlight our creators and enhance platform visibility.
  • Oversee our presence on major social media platforms, ensuring a consistent brand voice and tone.
  • Produce compelling content, including videos, images, and written material, that resonates with our target audience.
  • Monitor social media interactions and respond promptly to inquiries and comments.
  • Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to assess progress and refine strategies.

Collaborations & Partnerships:

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with brands, influencers, and organizations relevant to our creator community.
  • Facilitate collaborations and partnerships that provide mutual benefits for our platform and creators.
  • Manage all facets of partnership programs, from initial outreach to execution and evaluation.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or community management.
  • Proven experience in managing partnerships and building lasting relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
