[What the role is]
To assist in the overall implementation of strategies and plans in the focus areas of
(1) analysis of social service sector's learning needs through data analytics and ground engagements
(2) development of partnerships and promotion of SSI's learning provisions to meet sector learning needs
(3) marketing support lead for the SSI team, working in close contact with NCSS's Communications and Marketing team

[What you will be working on]

A. Implement partnership and engagement strategy for SSI to meet existing and emerging training needs of social service professionals (SSPs):
(1) Cultivate relationships with existing training organisations (TOs)
(2) Engage new TOs that can deliver courses for the social service sector
(3) Facilitate negotiations with TOs and potential collaborators, understanding key interests and to reach win-win agreements
(4) Implement partnership and engagement strategies based on data-driven findings

B. Implement the Analysis framework (ADDIE model) for SSI, ensuring its course offerings are relevant:
(1) Engage in systematic data collection, paying close attention to sound data gathering and data security guidelines
(2) Analyse trends from data collection of past course runs
(3) Track and report on performance metrics/ dashboards, where required
(4) Facilitate sense-making of data to identify courses to implement, maintain or drop

C. Business development and marketing efforts of SSI’s learning provisions:
(1) Identify and develop new training and upskilling opportunities, ensuring a good range of appropriate learning modalities
(2) Develop and implement strategies to expand partnerships with established and reputable organisations
(3) Manage corporate runs or training requests from Government agencies, SSAs and other clients
(4) Implement marketing and publicity efforts 
(5) Explore new distribution channels to effectively reach SSIs' target audience

D. Stakeholder management, Sector engagement and community outreach, and working across teams:
(1) Establish community partnerships and cultivate relationships with SSAs and government agencies
(2) Manage issues which may arise and develop appropriate resolutions
(3) Implement developed plans, including communication, enablement, demand generation and closing business leads
(4) Manage stakeholders and project deliverables, track progress and follow-through, and facilitate and present at meetings
(5) Work across NCSS Groups and Divisions to establish networks and identify collaboration opportunities

E. To provide strategic marketing support for SSI in meeting its business needs by working closely with SSI teams:
(1) Work closely with Comms and Marketing (CM) team to ensure they fulfil SSI’s marketing requirements
(2) Collaborate with SSI's cross-functional teams to refine marketing workflows and processes for greater chances of success
(3) Establish close relationships with internal and external stakeholders to influence strategic marketing direction
(4) Work closely with CM team to ensure marketing campaigns fulfil business needs
(5) Provide actionable recommendations to the marketing team to achieve positive business outcomes.

Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in programme marketing, partnership and engagement work in the social service sector, with experience in the continuing education and training sector a bonus

Special Certification(s)
Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance will be a bonus
