Channel Partnership Sales Lead

Position Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Channel Partnership Sales Lead to enhance our team, reporting directly to the Senior Channel Sales Manager. This role is integral to the Channel division, focusing on the development and support of our Channel ecosystem. The Channel Partnership Sales Lead will work closely with our extended teams and partners to uncover opportunities, formulate business strategies, and ensure the effective implementation of collaborative initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with designated Solution Providers to expand their Autodesk business and establish trust as a key advisor. Partner with Distribution Sales Managers to create partner enablement and marketing strategies alongside Solution Providers. Act as a communication bridge between Solution Providers and Autodesk, organizing regional sales meetings to inform partners about Autodesk's channel strategy. Cultivate relationships with Solution Provider leadership to promote a shared vision. Lead the quarterly business planning process, review performance metrics, and provide recommendations for corrective action plans. Assist partners in setting sales quotas and objectives for upcoming quarters. Develop comprehensive sales pipeline coverage. Ensure accuracy in sales forecasting. Support Solution Providers (resellers) through various company resources in areas such as product training, sales coaching, account development, customer success, presentations, seminars/webinars, and marketing strategies. Aid partners in crafting sales and marketing plans related to vertical/value products. Execute new product launches within the assigned territory. Oversee 'Channel Health' and fulfill all compliance obligations of the Partner Program. Collaborate with the broader sales organization (Mid Market Account/Territory Sales, Technical Sales, Marketing, License Compliance team members) to devise business strategies and plans that enhance efficiency in customer engagement and secure partner commitment for optimal performance. Responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and enabling new System Integrators and service-oriented partners. The Channel Partnership Sales Lead will manage the daily operations of channel partner sales execution, reporting to the ASEAN Channels organization. This is an individual contributor role with a hybrid work model.Minimum Qualifications
A minimum of 8 years of experience in Territory Sales, Business Development, or Channel Partner Management. Proven experience in establishing effective communication and engagement with prospects. Demonstrated experience in developing channel programs. Strong conflict resolution skills and ability to lead outcomes with partners. Background in the enterprise software industry is preferred, particularly in virtualization, cloud, or enterprise software subscription sectors. Experience in building and leading successful sales teams. Proficient in coaching sales professionals in complex sales scenarios. Ability to balance immediate results with long-term strategic goals. Experience working in a multinational, matrixed organization. Proven track record of managing virtual teams across various geographies, with cultural awareness and collaborative skills.
