Job Title: Executive/ Senior Executive, Community Partnership and Volunteer Management
Job Summary:
The Executive/ Senior Executive, Community Partnership and Volunteer Management will lead the community engagement efforts of ECON Healthcare Group (EHG) internal stakeholders to activate partners in the public, private, and people sectors. This role will support the development and execution of community-based programs and events, as well as advocacy activities within EHG service boundaries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, plan, and organize community projects to increase visibility of EHG services
- Recruit and reactivate volunteers, and conduct risk management measures and needs analysis
- Develop and uphold volunteer policies and processes, including recognition and engagement activities
- Conduct volunteer training programs and partner with community organizations to build volunteer capabilities
- Maintain and audit volunteer databases and training records
- Monitor the effectiveness of volunteer partnerships and support policy development
- Collaborate with social service organizations, community stakeholders, and corporate partners to develop community partnerships and volunteer programs
- Support stakeholder networks within communities where EHG services are present
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in a related field and/or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Strong organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and writing skills
- Ability to speak various languages and dialects
- Good stakeholder engagement and volunteer management skills
Qualifications:
