The successful candidate will supervise the deployment of Care Programme Coordinators, coordinate group activities and outings, update Individual Care Plans, and provide support to caregivers and volunteers in their duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategically plan, organize, and execute the Day Care Programme
  • Enhance the Day Care Programme and its activities
  • Oversee the deployment of Care Programme Coordinators
  • Coordinate group activities and outings
  • Ensure the well-being and safety of elderly clients
  • Update Individual Care Plans and engage in Multi-Disciplinary Case discussions
  • Support caregivers and volunteers in their roles
  • Manage equipment maintenance and logistics

Required Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Advanced Certificate in Community & Social Service [Senior Care Services]
  • 2-5 years of experience in eldercare services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Genuine passion for caring for elderly clients
  • Ability to engage comfortably with elderly frail clients
  • Competence in preparing and conducting care programmes for seniors
