Job Description:The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and participant support for the New Operations Division's Senior Worker Career Guidance programmes. This role involves performing day-to-day administrative tasks, liaising with vendors and internal teams, handling programme documentation, processing and maintaining participant records, administering post-programme feedback surveys, and coordinating logistics for meetings and events.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Relevant experience in conducting telephone survey interviews and managing online survey research operations
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office software, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong command of written and spoken English
- Ability to interact professionally with participants and team members, possessing a sense of empathy
- Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently, prioritizing responsibilities effectively
- Able to ensure precision and accuracy in data management and administrative tasks, upholding ethical standards and integrity in all activities
- Able to work independently, as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
