We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Administrative Support Specialist for Senior Worker Career Guidance Programmes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and participant support for the program, including managing records, coordinating logistics, and conducting post-programme feedback surveys.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. They should have relevant experience in areas such as data management, survey research operations, and Microsoft Office software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage programme documentation, including records and databases
  • Coordinate scheduling and logistics for meetings, activities, and events
  • Provide general administrative support to the programme team
  • Conduct post-programme feedback surveys with participants via phone calls, email, or other channels
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in areas such as data management and survey research operations
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office software, especially Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
  • Strong command of written and spoken English
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
