Job Description

You will be providing administrative and participant support for WSG's New Operations Division's Senior Worker Career Guidance programmes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing day-to-day administrative tasks to support the operations and monitoring of Career Guidance programmes.
  • Liaising with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth programme delivery.
  • Handling programme documentation, including maintaining accurate records, updating databases, and preparing reports.
  • Processing and maintaining participant records, including participant registrations, attendance, claims and other records.

Additional duties include administering and conducting post-programme feedback surveys with participants via phone calls, email, or other channels to gather insights for programme improvement.

The role also involves processing data for regular reporting and evaluation purposes and supporting team members in preparing reports and presentations. Maintaining the team's digital repository of materials and documents and coordinating scheduling and logistics for meetings, activities, and events are also key responsibilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

You should possess the following work experience and knowledge:

  • Relevant experience in areas such as conducting telephone survey interviews and managing online survey research operations.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office software, especially Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English.

Additionally, you should possess the following skill sets:

  • Communication : Capable of delivering clear and effective written and oral communication to engage stakeholders effectively.
