
Programme Management Administrator

A dynamic team player is required to manage academic programmes administration, working closely with programme stakeholders and faculty members. This is a contract position, lasting for 11 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse and process submitted claims from partner companies, verify information for completeness, accuracy and compliance with policies;
- Liaise with grant recipients and relevant officers to address queries or obtain missing documents.
- Prepare billing documents and work with Faculty, Finance to raise the billing request to partner companies;
- Arrange for Thesis Committee meetings, Mid-Point progress meetings and Thesis Defence etc.
- Assist with programme-level events such as seminars, new student orientation, meetings;
- Assist in any other functional duties or divisional work as assigned.
